2016年菏泽市艾滋病确证实验室人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析菏泽市艾滋病确证实验室人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体检测结果,为指导艾滋病防治提供科学依据。方法对初筛阳性标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验和胶体硒法进行复检,2种试剂均呈阳性或一阴一阳的用蛋白免疫印迹法(WB)进行确证试验,确证为阳性病例进行流行病学分析。结果初筛样本236份阳性,复检136份阳性,WB确证HIV-1抗体阳性125份,抗体不确定8份,阴性3份。14个人群检出HIV-1抗体阳性,其中以自愿检测咨询构成比最高,为51.2%(64/125)。感染者文化水平较低,以初中及以下为主,占76.0%(95/125)。以20岁~45岁的青壮年为主,占76.0%(95/125)。传播途径以男男同性传播为主,占52.0%(65/125)。结论建议进一步加大HIV筛查力度,尤其加强男男性行为的人群管理,提高该人群的检测率,加强艾滋病健康教育和干预的力度,遏制艾滋病的蔓延。Objective To analyze the test results of HIV antibody in Heze,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of AIDS. Methods HIV antibody screening positive samples were retested with both ELISA and colloidal selenium fast reagents,and then the double positive samples and the samples with one positive result and one negative result were confirmed by western blott（ WB）. Results Among the primarily screened 236 positive samples,136 samples were retested positive. 125 samples with positive HIV-1 antibody were confirmed by WB. Uncertain antibody was detected in 8 samples,and negative antibody was detected in 3 samples. HIV-1 antibody was positive in 14 groups,and the proportion of voluntary counseling was the highest51. 2%（ 64/125）. Infected people have low levels of literacy,with most of them just accepting junior high school education and below,accounting for 76. 0%（ 95/125）. Young adults at the age of 20-45 year-old were the dominant,accounting for 76. 0%（ 95/125）. Spread ways was male homosexual transmission,accounting for 52. 0%（ 65/125）. Conclusion Management of male homosexual population should be strengthened and frequency of tests should be enhanced in order to find more infected people. More should be done to strengthen the health education and intervention on high-risk behaviors to curb the spread of AIDS.
