摘  要:目的了解北京市当前食品用纸制品中荧光增白剂的使用情况,为制定食品安全措施提供科学依据。方法随机采集北京市2016年市售食品包装用纸样品100份进行分析,对二磺酸型(C.I 71、C.I 85、C.I 90、C.I 113、FWA5bm)、四磺酸型(C.I 24、C.I 210、C.I 220)和六磺酸型(C.I 263、C.I 353、C.I 357)共11项指标进行检测。结果纸袋中增白剂的检出率最高,达75.0%,而纸盘检出率最低,为0.0%。各种荧光增白剂检出率在0.0%~13.0%。结论目前北京市食品用纸制品荧光增白剂的使用不规范,荧光增白剂的检出率高,相关部门应增大监督管理力度,采取相应措施提高食品用纸制品的安全性。Objective To investigate the use of fluorescent whitening agents in food grade paper products in Beijing,so as to provide scientific basis for taking food safety measures and regulations. Methods 100 samples of food grade paper products were co1 lected from markets of Beijing in 2016,and 11 indexes were detected,such as bisulfonic acid type( C. I 71,C. I 85,C. I 90,C. I 113,FWA5 bm),tetrasulfonic acid type( C. I 24,C. I 210,C. I 220) and hexasulfonic acid type( C. I 263,C. I353,C.I357). Results The detection rate of food grade paper products was the highest in paper bag( 75. 0%),while the lowest was in the paper plate( 0. 0%). The detection rates of all food grade paper products were within 0. 0%-13. 0%. Conclusion At present,the use of fluorescent whitening agent doesn' t meet the standard,and the detection rate was high in food grade paper products in Beijing. So relevant departments should enhance supervision and management,and take corresponding measures to improve the safety of food paper products.
