摘 要:随着输油管网的不断加大,电力价格和燃料价格的上涨,在热油管道的成本中能耗费用比重越来越大,如何降低能耗、节约成本、实现管道安全优化运行具有重要的研究意义。以沈抚输油管线为实例,在查阅了国内外大量文献的基础上,根据管道沿线油温的变化规律,通过达西公式及苏霍夫温降公式等推导出原油管道最大安全输量计算方法和最小安全输量计算方法数学模型并求解,利用Visual C++语言编写了计算软件。As the pipeline network increases and the prices of electricity and fuel rise, the proportion of energy cost in total cost of hot oil pipeline operation is bigger and bigger, how to reduce energy consumption, save cost and achieve optimal operation of the pipeline has important research significance. In this paper, taking Shenyang-Fushun oil pipeline as an example, through referring to a large number of literatures at home and abroad, according to the law of the oil temperature change along pipeline, by using Darcy formula and Sukhov temperature drop formula, the mathematical model for calculation of the biggest safe throughput and the minimum safe throughput of crude oil pipeline was deduced and solved, and the calculation software was written by Visual c + + language.
