摘 要:传统的SO_3采样方法很难实现低浓度SO_3的完全捕集,通过对GB/T 21508—2008规定的冷凝法SO_3采样系统进行改进,提出了一套可实现低浓度SO_3高效捕集的采样系统,并首次开展现场实测,验证了该采样系统的准确性,及低浓度时采用该系统采样的必要性。两次实测案例中第1级盘管收集的SO_3分别占总量的82.1%和75.8%,其余部分则由第2级盘管和异丙醇溶液收集。可为国内低浓度SO_3测试相关测试标准的制定提供借鉴。Traditional SO3 sampling method is difficult to achieve completely SO3 capture at low concentration,thus the condensation method of SO3 sampling system in GB/T 21508 was improved in this paper. An efficiently capture sampling system of low concentration SO3 was put forward,and actual field measurement was carried out for the first time. The accuracy of the sampling system and and the necessity at low concentration were verified,the collecting SO3 of the first coil for the two actual cases were respectively 82. 1 % and 75. 8 % of the total amount,and the rest were collected by the second coil and isopropyl alcohol solution. This paper could provide references for China's domestic low concentration SO3 related testing standards.
