摘  要:营养元素是微生物生命活动赖以持续的物质之一。垃圾在降解过程中碳、氮、磷等营养元素的含量变化是堆体内微生物活动以及稳定化程度的重要表征。选择临近封场的北京市北神树垃圾卫生填埋场为研究对象,采用现场打井采样和室内分析的方法得到了不同深度(对应不同填埋年龄)垃圾中总氮、总磷和总有机碳的含量。结果表明:新鲜垃圾(填埋1~2年)与陈腐垃圾(填埋3~12年)中3种元素含量相差较大,总氮、总磷和总有机碳含量分别从4.91%、2.54%和37.67%变化为9.67%、2.92%和10.95%。陈腐垃圾中营养元素含量沿深度变化不大,3种元素变化范围分别为8%~11%、2%~4%和5%~16%。说明填埋3年后的垃圾能基本实现稳定。此外,陈腐垃圾中总有机碳与总磷含量变化呈现显著的相关性,而总有机碳与总氮含量、总氮与总磷含量并无显著相关。Nutrients( carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus) are essential in solid waste for microorganism metabolism at sanitary landfills. Variation in nutrient contents during waste degradation process represents the trend of microbial activities and waste stabilization. A 54 meters high and 12-year-old landfill in Beijing was sampled with depth for studying the changes in total nitrogen( TN),total phosphorus( TP) and total organic carbon( TOC) of the municipal solid waste( MSW) in connection with various filling ages( ca. 2 ~ 12 years). The results revealed that contents of the three nutrients were quite different between the fresh waste( 1 ~ 2 years) and the aged waste( 3 ~ 12 years). The contents of TN,TP and TOC were 4. 91%,2. 54% and 37. 67% in the fresh waste,and 9. 67%,2. 92% and 10. 95% in the aged waste,respectively. Nevertheless,the contents of the three nutrients were slightly different among the varied layers of aged waste,ranging from 8% to 11%,2% to 4% and 5% to 16%,respectively,which indicated that the waste reached approximately stability after filled for three years. In addition,there was a significant correlation between TOC and TP in the aged waste,while a weak correlation was found between TOC and TN,so as to TN and TP.
