摘 要:在现有水环境承载力研究的基础上,辨析了狭义水环境承载力与广义水环境承载力的内涵,提出将环境容量作为评价水环境承载力的重要因素。从指标选取、指标标准值确定、指标权重确定、评价方法等方面构建了基于环境容量的水环境承载力综合评价体系,并采用该评价体系对郑州市现状水环境承载力进行评价。结合郑州市"十三五"相关规划,设制了水环境承载力优化发展情景和强化发展情景,预测了两种情景下郑州市水环境承载力改善情况,提出郑州市水环境承载力提升对策建议。Based on the existed research on water environmental carrying capacity,this paper analyzed the connotation of narrow and general water environment carrying capacity,and put forward the environmental capacity as an important factor to evaluate the water environment carrying capacity. The comprehensive evaluation system of water environment carrying capacity was constucted from the aspects of evaluation index selection,determination of standard value of indicators,determination of index weight and evaluation method,and the water carrying capacity in Zhengzhou by using the evaluation system was evaluated. Combined with "Thirteen Five " related planning of Zhengzhou,this paper was to optimize the development situation,strengthen the development situation,forecast the improvement of water environment carrying capacity of Zhengzhou,and put forward the suggestions to improve the water carrying capacity of Zhengzhou.
