摘 要:随机选取天津市一、二、三星级(各5个)绿色居住建筑,从建筑设备能耗、住区绿化、水系统3个方面建立了绿色居住建筑运营阶段碳排放量化计算模型,以建筑分项能耗计算结果为基础,采用碳排放系数法,核算出不同星级绿色居住建筑运营阶段的总碳排放量和各类分项碳排放量。结果表明:一、二、三星级单位建筑面积年碳排放量均值依次为84.70,80.13,70.81 kg/(m^2·a),随着星级的增加呈现递减的趋势,与建筑设备运行能耗规律相似,而住区绿化系统和建筑水系统的碳排放量与星级分布并无关联。Consisted with construction equipment systems,residential landscaping and water system,a carbon emission model of green residential buildings' operational stage was established. The paper selected fifteen green residential buildings composed of five buildings of star one,five buildings of star two and five buildings of star three in Tianjin. Based on the energy consumption simulation data,and combined with carbon emissions coefficient,total and sub-item carbon emission quantities of fifteen buildings' operational stage was calculated. The annual carbon emission by per area unit was 84. 70,80. 13,70. 81 kg/(m^2·a) for star level one,two,three,respectively. Carbon emission increased while the star level decreases,which showed a similar trend to the energy cost by facilities' running. But the carbon emissions of landscaping system and water system had nothing to do with star level.
