摘　　要：针对导热油炉中炉管内、外表面的不同积灰结焦的污染方式,研究了相应的管外吹灰、物理清焦、化学除灰清焦、化学除垢清洗的方法,讨论了化学清洗剂的类型和特点,分析总结了导热油炉管内和循环供热系统中的化学清洗方法及工艺步骤,并强调了清洗过程中的注意事项。Aiming at the pollution ways of different fouling and coking on inner and outer surfaces of the furnace tube in the heat conduction oil furnace, the corresponding methods of bowing out of pipe, physical coke cleaning, chemical ash removal and coke cleaning and chemical descaling cleaning were studied,and the types and characteristics of chemical cleaning agents were discussed, and the chemical cleaning methods and theirs technological steps in the heat conduction furnace and the circulating heating system were analyzed and summarized, and the precautions in the cleaning process were emphasized.
