摘  要:通过隶属函数法计算了20份野生老芒麦种质材料萌发期各耐盐指标的综合值,并对隶属函数综合值进行了聚类分析。结果表明,20份老芒麦耐盐性综合指标值最高的材料是E02,耐盐性强;最低的材料是E21,耐盐性极弱。聚类分析将供试种质材料分为耐盐性极弱、弱、中和强四类,筛选出萌发期耐盐性强的种质为E02、E15、E18、E38、E41和E43;选出耐盐性强弱差异较大的两份种质材料为E15和E17,对苗期k^+、Na^+、Ca^(2+)含量进行了测定,结果表明,萌发期耐盐性强的种质,苗期耐盐性也强。The comprehensive index of salt resistance of 20 Elymus sibiricus germplasm resources in germination stage was counted with subordinate function method and cluster analysis to screen salt tolerant germplasm for production use directly and new varieties breeding.The results showed that comprehensive index of E02 was the highest,of which the salt resistance was the strongest while the lowest was E21,and they could be divided into four class:very weak salt resistance,weak salt resistance,intermediate salt re-sistance and strong salt resistance.Six salt tolerant germplasms,E02,E15,E18,E38,E41 and E43,were screened out at germination stage,the difference in salt resistance between E15 and E17 was significant, k+ ,Na+ ,Ca2 + content at seedling stage was determined,the results showed that the germplasm with strong salt tolerance at germination stage also had strong salt resistance at seedling stage.
