摘  要:目的:比较针刺、臭氧与针刺联合臭氧注射对膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效差异。方法:2013年5月至2015年5月之间在我科就诊且住院的膝骨性关节炎患者,选取符合纳入标准者的单膝患者90例,按随机数字表将其分为针刺组、臭氧组和针刺联合臭氧注射治疗组(以后简称治疗组),每组30例,疗程均为3周。通过比较治疗前后3组患者的疼痛程度数字评价量表(numerical rating scale,NRS)积分、症状、体征量表积分、膝关节功能积分、膝关节肿胀积分以及总体有效率来评定临床疗效。结果:与对照组相比,针刺组、臭氧组的膝关节NRS积分、症状、体征量表积分、膝关节功能积分、膝关节肿胀程度积分、总体有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺、臭氧以及针刺联合臭氧注射对膝骨性关节炎均有良好的治疗作用,但针刺联合臭氧的疗效更优。Objective: Comparison of acupuncture, ozone and acupuncture combined with ozone injection of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy differences. Methods: Ninety knee osteoarthritis patients who were hospitalized and treated in our department from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and divided into acupuncture group according to random number table, Ozone group and acupuncture combined with ozone injection treatment group(hereinafter referred to as the treatment group), 30 cases in each group, the course of treatment was 3 weeks. By comparing the pain levels of three groups before and after treatment, the numerical rating scale(NRS) scores, symptoms, the score of the vital signs knee function scores, knee swelling scores, and overall efficacy to assess clinical efficacy. Results: Compared with the control group, the score of knee joint NRS score, symptom and symptom scale score, knee joint function score, knee joint swelling score and total effective rate in acupuncture group and ozone group were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture, ozone and acupuncture combined with ozone injection have a good therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis, but acupuncture combined with ozone is more effective.
