摘　　要：目的:观察手固定治疗尺桡骨骨骺滑脱的临床疗效。方法:对采用手法复位夹板固定治疗的32例尺桡骨骨骺滑脱者进行随访,参照Gartland andwelley功能评分标准。结果:32例患者均愈合,愈合时间为4-5周,经3-9个月随访,平均随访7.5个月,结果:优(0-2分)23例;良(3-8分)9例,优良率为100%。结论:手法复位夹板固定治疗尺桡骨骨骺滑脱具有简单、安全、成功率高等优点,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of hand fixation in the treatment of ulnar radius epiphyseal spondylolisthesis. Methods： 32 cases of ulnar radius epiphyseal spondylolisthesis were treated with manual reduction splint fixation, and the Gartland and Welley functional scoring criteria were used. Results： 32 patients were cured, the healing time was 4-5 weeks, followed by 3-9 months follow-up, the average follow-up of 7.5 months, the results： excellent（0-2 points） 23 cases; good（3-8 points） 9 Example, excellent and good rate of 100%. Conclusion： The method of manual reduction and splint fixation for the treatment of ulnar radius epiphyseal spondylolisthesis is simple, safe and successful. It is a safe and effective treatment method.
