活血化瘀药在治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤方面的研究概况

摘　　要：通过对近年活血化瘀类药物在保护心肌缺血-再灌注损伤方面的基础研究的文献查阅、总结,认为活血化瘀类中药发挥其保护心肌的作用不是针对某一方面进行的,而是具有多靶点、多层面的特点,主要从清除自由基、抗氧化,抑制钙离子超载,抑制细胞凋亡,保护血管内皮功能,改善微循环,调节能量代谢以及抗血小板聚集等方面起到保护作用。Through reviewing the literature on the basic research of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs in the protection of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in recent years, it is concluded that the function of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood circulation to protect myocardium is not aimed at one aspect but with multi-target, multi-level features, mainly from the clearance of free radicals, antioxidant,inhibit calcium overload, inhibition of apoptosis, protection of vascular endothelial function, improve microcirculation,regulate energy metabolism and anti-platelet aggregation play a protective role.
