摘  要:在汽车冲压件拉伸成形过程中,模具拉毛现象十分普遍,造成冲压件质量缺陷。而冲压件质量要求十分严格,任何微小的拉毛缺陷都会影响油漆件的质量,并降低其抗腐蚀性、缩短使用寿命。拉毛现象对于生产效率也有很大的影响,同时也造成生产成本的提升。拉毛现象是冲压行业一直存在的问题,也是一个老大难问题。通过合理的模具表面处理方法,才能提高模具的寿命和抗拉毛性能,降低废品率和生产成本,对汽车工业具有重要意义。The forming of automobile stamping drawing process, die galling phenomenon is widespread, the causes of quality defects of stamping parts. The stamping quality requirements are very strict, any slight galling will affect the paint quality, and reduce its resistance to corrosion, shorten the service life. Galling phenomenon has a great impact on the production efficiency, but also caused the rising cost of production. Galling is stamping industry there has been a problem, but also a difficult problem. Through the die surface treatment method is reasonable, and can improve the anti galling performance of die life, reduce scrap rate and production cost, and has important significance to the automobile industry
