摘　　要：分析了钛合金自锁螺帽冷挤压成形工艺及制订,介绍了钛合金的材料特性,毛坯软化热处理和表面润滑处理。阐述了该制件的模具结构设计,模具材料及主要模具零件的加工技术要求。In this paper the cold extruding forming technology and the formulates for the oneself-lock nut of titanium alloy were analysized. It introduced the material characteristic of the titanium alloy, the soft heat treatment and the surface lubricating treatment of the blank. It expounded the design of the die structure, the die materials and the process technical requires.
