摘　　要：目的:观察普济消毒饮对单纯疱疹性睑皮炎的临床疗效。方法:86例眼科门诊患者随机分为两组,观察组口服普济消毒饮加减方,外用α-2b干扰素滴眼液,对照组外用α-2b干扰素滴眼液,疗程6天。结果:观察组总有效率为93.02%,对照组总有效率为72.09%(P<0.05);观察组在起效时间、开始结痂及结痂脱落时间等方面均提前于对照组;结论:普济消毒饮对单纯疱疹性睑皮炎临床疗效确切,同时外用α-2b干扰素滴眼液,能明显缩短病程,提高临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Herpes Simplex Eyelid Dermatitis Treated by Puji Disinfecting Decoction. Methods：86 cases of Ophthalmology outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with Puji disinfection;, And external use α-2b interferon eye drops in the affected area;The control group only use α-2b interferon eye drops in the affected area. Two groups were treated for 6 days.Results：The total effective rate was 93.02% in observation group and 72.09% in control group （P 〈0.05）; In the onset time, scab crusting and shedding time and other aspects,The observation group were ahead of the control group; Conclusion：In the treatment of Herpes Simplex Eyelid Dermatitis, the clinical efficacy of pujixiaodu decoction was very exact. IT Will significantly shorten the course, improve clinical efficacy by using α-2b interferon eye drops in the affected area.
