龙血竭胶囊联合绿药膏对痔术后创面愈合效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察龙血竭胶囊联合绿药膏在痔术后创面换药中的治疗效果。方法:将120例痔手术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例。在常规换药的基础上,治疗组采用龙血竭胶囊联合绿药膏换药,对照组采用马应痔疮膏换药。结果:治疗组治愈率86.67%,对照组治愈率为83.34%,两组间无显著差别。与对照组相比,治疗组在创面水肿评分(1.08±0.13分VS 2.02±1.09分)、疼痛评分(1.75±0.25 VS 3.25±1.32)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),同时无毒副作用及过敏反应。结论:龙血竭胶囊联合绿药膏具有明显的消除水肿、抗炎、止痛、止痒作用,起效快无不适感,未发现毒副作用及过敏反应,能降低患者因手术而带来的痛苦,提高患者舒适度。lObjective： To observe the effect of Dragon＇s Blood Capsule combined with green ointment on the treatment of wound healing after hemorrhoid surgery. Methods： 120 post-surgical hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group were 60 cases respectively. On the basis of conventional dressing, Patients in the treatment group received Dragon＇s Blood Capsules combined with green ointment for wound dressing, however the other patients only received capsules ofMa Ying hemorrhoids ointment. Results： The cure rate of patients in the treatment group and control group were 86.67 % and 83.34% respectively with no statistically significance, in contrast to the control group, patients in treatment group had better effects on wound edema scores （1.08±0.13 points VS 2.02±1.09 points） and pain score （1.75±0.25 points VS 3.25±1.32 points） with P values 〈0.05, meanwhile without toxic side effects and allergic reactions. Conclusion： Dragon＇s Blood Capsules combined with green ointment had many functions of apparent elimination of edema, anti-inflammation, relieving pain and itching. With rapid onset as well as without toxic side effects and allergic reactions, patients received less pain caused by sunzerv and would feel more comfortable.
