三色敷药治疗急性扭挫伤的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:分析三色敷药治疗各种急性扭挫伤的临床疗效,并总结其护理措施。方法:选取我院2015年1月~2016年12月收治的急性扭挫伤患者96例,在患者损伤部位直接贴敷三色敷药,同时予基础护理、健康教育和情志调理、饮食调节、敷药护理、疼痛护理、功能锻炼等。采用长海痛尺法评估患者治疗前、治疗后第3、7、12天疼痛程度,记录其疗效。结果:治疗后第3、6、12天患者长海痛尺评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12天后,有效率93.8%。2例患者在敷药过程中出现皮肤轻度过敏情况,经对症处理后缓解。结论:三色敷药治疗急性扭挫伤可有效缓解患者的主观症状,疗效确切。Objective： To explore the effects and nursing methods of tricolor medicinal paste for acute torsion contusion. Methods： 96 cases with acute torsion contusion from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016 were selected and treated with tricolor medicinal paste and other nursing methods. The pain degrees in the 3^rd, 7^th and 12^th day and clinical effects were compared. Results： Compared with before treatment, the pain degrees in the 3rd, 7th and 12^th day were lower than after treatment （P〈0.05）. 12^th day after treatment, the total effective rate was 93.8%. 2 cases had mild skin allergy and the adverse reactions were alleviated after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion： tricolor medicinal paste can relieve symptoms effectively for acute torsion contusion.
