摘　　要：作为一种经典的模式生物,秀丽隐杆线虫不仅以其生命周期短、易于观察、遗传背景清晰等特点在生命科学基础研究中得到广泛应用,还因其具有与人类很多重要功能基因高度同源性的特点以及相似的信号传导通路,在生理和病理研究、新靶点的发现以及药物筛选中受到越来越多的关注。文章就近年来建立在秀丽隐杆线虫基础上的病理模型进行综述,分析了这些模型在药物筛选中的应用前景。As a classic model organism,Caenorhabditis elegans is widely used in the study of life sciences for its short life span,fast breeding and easiness to be observed,specially attracted an increasing attention of pharmaceutical scientists working on drug screening. In this paper,we discussed the advantages of Caenorhabditis elegans as a new drug screening model and disease models established by Caenorhabditis elegans currently. We look forward to that Caenorhabditis elegans may turn out to be a powerful tool for antimicrobial drug discovery and other applications in the future.
