摘 要:通过对危险与可操作性分析+保护层分析(HAZOP+LOPA)结合分析方法的实践运用,归纳出分析过程中存在的误区,总结出分析准备过程和分析开展过程应该注意的问题和技巧。通过实例分析说明如何将HAZOP+LOPA相结合的方法运用到实践分析中,并提出了对后续风险识别评价的展望。结果表明:在制定科学安全大数据的前提下,HAZOP+LOPA相结合的定性+半定量的分析方法对装置的工艺风险评价更客观、更准确。The misunderstanding in analysis process was concluded and the precautions and skills during preparation and analyzing were summarized through practical application of the integrated HAZOP and LOPA method. How to apply the integrated HAZOP and LOPA method in practice was explained via case study,and the review of risk evaluation in the future was presented. The result shows that the qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis methods of integrated HAZOP and LOPA are more objective and accurate for the process risk evaluation of unit the on the condition of established scientific safety data.
