摘　　要：绿色建筑益处多,是建筑行业发展的趋势,BIM技术的应用,更进一步促进了绿色建筑的完善。文章主要从绿色建筑的增量成本着手,推出绿色建筑的增量经济效益,并论述了使用BIM技术后,绿色建筑增量经济效益的影响。Green building has lots of benefits, it is the development trend of the construction industry. The BIM technology＇s application, further promote the improvement of green building. This paper mainly from the incremental cost of green building, launched the incremental economic benefits of green building, and discussed the use of BIM technology, the impact of green building incremental economic benefits.
