摘　　要：LCZ-3B型两鼓成型机由于无钢包自动贴合功能,钢包放置于简易导开装置上,由人工定长裁切后手动贴合。针对LCZ-3B型两鼓成型机现有钢包导开装置的结构特点及不足,对现有的钢包导开装置进行改造,改造后的钢包供料架整体结构功能符合现有的工艺要求,提高了钢包的贴合精度,减少了物料的浪费,降低了工人的劳动强度,提升了胎坯的成型效率和胎坯质量。Since the LCZ-3 B two-drum building machine has no wire wrap automatic fitting function, the wire wrap is placed on a simple guide device,which is manually fitted after manual fixed-length cutting. In view of the structural features and shortcomings, the existing wire wrap guiding device is modified. The overall structure of the upgraded wire wrap feeding rack conforms to the existing technical requirements, improving the fitting accuracy, reducing the material waste, reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the forming efficiency and quality of green tire.
