中国经济区创意城市发展水平比较评价--基于经济生态系统理论的实证研究  

Comparative Evaluation of the Development Level of Creative Cities in China's Economic Zones——The Empirical Study Based on the Theory of Economic Ecosystem

摘　　要：创意城市是承载创意产业的经济生态系统,既包含经济子系统,也包含生态环境子系统。运用经济生态系统理论分析评价各经济区创意城市的发展水平,研究表明:从综合得分来看,样本城市可分为三个梯队,来自环渤海经济区的北京、珠三角经济区的深圳和长三角经济区的上海进入第一梯队;来自珠三角经济区的广州、珠海,来自长三角经济区的苏州、杭州、南京、宁波,来自环渤海经济区的天津,以及来自海峡西岸经济区的厦门和来自关中-天水经济区的西安进入第二梯队,其余处于第三梯队。从分项得分来看,创意资源投入指数(XI)处于第一梯队的是北京、上海和深圳;创意产业产出指数(XO)处于第一梯队的是北京、上海、深圳和广州;城市创意环境指数(XE)处于第一梯队的是深圳、北京、上海、珠海和厦门。由此可见,环渤海经济区、珠三角经济区和长三角经济区的城市创意资源丰富、创意产业发展好、城市创意环境优越,创意城市发展处于较高水平。Creative city is the ecological economic system of creative industry capacity, which includes both economic subsystem and ecological environment subsystem. Using the theory of economic ecosystem to analyze and evaluate the development level of creative city in economic zones, the results show that： From the comprehensive score of sample cities, they can be divided into three echelons： Beijing from circum bohai sea economic zone, Shenzhen from Pearl River Delta Economic Zone and Shanghai from Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, are in the first echelon; Guangzhou and Zhuhai which are from Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Ningbo which are from Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, Tianjin which is from circum bohai sea economic zone, xiamen which is from the Economic Zone on the west side of the Straits, xian which is from Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone, are in the second tier; and the rest cities are in the third echelon. From the sub scores, the first tier cities of creative resources index （XI）, are Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen; as to creative industry output index （XO）, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, are in the first echelon; as to creative environment index （XE）, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Zhuhai and Xiamen, are in the first echelon. Thus, we can find out that the cities from circum bohai sea economic zone, the Pearl River Delta economic zone and the Yangtze River Delta economic zone, have rich creative resources, well developed creative industry, and superior creative environment, which leads to a higher level development of creative cities.
