吉化Prime G+装置国Ⅴ质量升级技术方案及运行分析

摘　　要：为满足2017年国Ⅴ汽油质量升级要求,保证装置长周期平稳运行,对中国石油吉林石化公司汽油加氢装置进行了改造。通过对改造前后装置在国Ⅴ工况下的操作条件进行对比分析,对改造后装置处理能力以及催化剂的使用效果等情况进行了总结。结果表明,改造后,装置运行情况较好,国Ⅴ工况下,装置处理能力明显提高,辛烷值损失较低,产品质量符合要求。In order to meet the requirements of the 2017 ChinaⅤ gasoline quality upgrading and guarantee the unit running smoothly for a long period of time,reforming of gasoline hydrogenation unit of Jilin Petrochemical Company was carried out.This paper introduced the China Ⅴ upgrading reformation situation of Jilin Petrochemical Prime G+ of FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit and summarized the capacity of the unit and the use of catalyst by comparing and analyzing the operating conditions under the case of ChinaⅤ.The results showed that the unit runs well after reformation,the capacity of the unit is obviously improved,the loss of octane value is lower,and the quality of the product meets the requirements.
