摘　　要：目的:建立保健食品芪母枣仁片中黄芪甲苷和知母皂苷BII的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法测定,使用Thermo C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱。流动相分别为:乙腈-水(35:65)和(25:75),流速1.0ml/min。结果:黄芪甲苷和知母皂苷BII在测定范围内,线性良好,平均回收率均达到98%以上。结论:该方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可用于保健食品芪母枣仁片的质量控制。Objective: To establish a method for the detemination of astragaloside and timosaponin BII in health food Qimuzaoren Tablets by HPLC-ELSD respectively. Methods: The chromatographic column of Thermo C_(18)(4.6 mm * 250 mm, including 5μm) was used with acetonitrile-water(35:65 and 25:75 respectively) as the mobile. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results: The linear range in measurement range were good. The average recovery were above 98%. Conclusion: The methods are reliable simple and precise, can be used for the quality control of the production Qimuzaoren Tablets.
