摘　　要：目的:研究在病案回收室应用PDCA循环管理制度的应用效果。方法:我院于2014年1月-2015年1月间实施常规病案管理制度,选取此阶段病案管理工作人员7名,作为一般组;于2015年2月-2016年2月间实施PDCA循环管理制度,同时选取此阶段工作者7名,作为干预组,评估两年度科室管理质量评分及病案按时回收率与延迟回收率。结果:一般组科室工作者对于细节管理、规章制度流程、质量控制、检查核对等管理制度评分均低于干预组,P<0.05。于2014年1月-2015年1月间实施一般病案管理制度,此年度科室共有32755份病案,其中按时回收率为26514份(80.95%),延迟回收病案为6241份(19.05%)。于2015年2月-2016年2月间实施PDCA管理制度,此年度科室共有35056份病案,其中按时回收率为为34167份(97.46%),延迟回收率为889份(2.54%)。结论:病案室实施PDCA管理法可有效提高病案按时回收率,提高科室管理质量。Objective:To study the application effect of PDCA circulation management system in medical record recovery room. Methods:in our hospital in January 2014-January 2015 between the implementation of routine medical record management system, selection of this stage of medical record management staff of 7, as a general group; in February 2015-February 2016 between PDCA circulation management system, and selected 7 workers at this stage, as the intervention group and the two annual assessment department management quality score and record timely recovery the recovery rate and delay. Results:the scores of detailed management, rules and regulations,process, quality control and check and check were lower in the general group and the Department staff than in the intervention group, P<0.05. The general medical record management system was implemented between January 2014 and-January 2015.There were 32755 medical records in this year, of which the rate of recovery was 26514(80.95%), and the delayed recovery was6241(19.05%). PDCA management system was implemented between February 2015 and-February 2016 months. There were 35056 medical records in this year, of which the rate of recovery was 34167(97.46%), and the delayed recovery rate was889(2.54%). Conclusion:the implementation of PDCA management in medical record room can effectively improve the recovery rate of medical records and improve the quality of department management.
