摘　　要：本文根据2016年中央"一号文件"精神以及江西省高校人文社会科学研究项目立项要求,全方位立体式对江西省推进新型城镇化和特色城市规划建设研究进行了整个系统阐述、分析和研究,概念鲜明,数据准确,观点新颖,建议合理,举措得力,思想深邃。为江西省乃至全国各兄弟省市自治区正在搞城镇化和城市规划建设的同行提供了一条可以遵循借鉴的康庄大道,共同目标都只有一个,那就是实现城镇化小康社会60%和成熟城城镇化70%的目标和具体的实现时间表。同志们,朋友们,千难万难,城镇化工作不再难;千苦万苦,我们江西省的特色城市规划建设不再苦。唯有与时代同步,与世界接轨,在前进的路上不断探索,才能完成党和人民的重托,才能切切实实把新型城镇化和特色城市规划建设工作做得更好。Based on the spirit of ＂No.1 Document＂ of the Central Government in 2016 and the project requirements of humanities and social sciences research project of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,this paper elaborates the whole system of the research on promoting new urbanization and special urban planning and construction in Jiangxi Province,which provides reference for Jiangxi Province and even the entire country in urbanization and urban planning.The common goal is only one,that is,to achieve 60% of urban well-off society and 70% mature urbanization.Only by keeping pace with the times,with the rest of the world,and constantly exploring on the road to success will we be able to finish the trust of the Party and the people so that we can do a better job in carrying out the new urbanization and the special urban planning and construction work.
