摘　　要：随着美国战略不断调整,战略重心向亚太转移,对亚太地区乃至全球安全形势的影响尤为重要。根据国际安全形势的重大变化和威胁主要来源的转移,针对近期美国对其战略的一系列调整以及俄罗斯针对美国战略变化采取的应对策略,分析了其深层次的动机及影响,提出加快新技术研发形成技术能力威慑,坚持"与邻为善、以邻为伴"方针策略,通过谈判协商解决摩擦,以"互利合作"的心态对待美战略调整的应对建议。With the continuous adjustment of the US strategy and the shift of strategic focus to the Asia Pacific region,the impact on the security situation in the Asia Pacific region and even the world became particularly important.According to the transfer of major changes in the international security situation and the main source of threat,a series of recent U.S strategy adjustment and Russia＇s response to the changes in US strategy had been summarized.Even the deep motivation and influence had been analyzed.It is necessary to speed up the development of new technology into technical ability determent.With good deterrence and adjacent to the neighboring country to solve conflicts through negotiation,mutually beneficial cooperation will be the best way to reply U.S.strategic adjustment.
