摘 要:工程建设项目属于复杂的系统工程,随着BIM技术在实际工程项目中普及率日益增高,需对实施BIM技术的改善效果和对项目绩效的促进作用进行评价,但当前缺乏一套有效的指标体系,难以客观准确的量化BIM应用对于项目管理工作的良性推进作用,导致企业在选择BIM应用和实施BIM技术中存在目标和结果的模糊关联度辨识不清。文章根据BIM技术应用于工程项目的特性,结合一般工程绩效评价库,运用平衡计分卡理论设计指标,使用层次分析法赋予权重,构建了BIM工程项目管理绩效评价指标体系,以促进工程项目管理绩效评价及改善。Engineering construction project belongs to complex system engineering. With the increasing popularization rate of BIM technology in actual engineering projects, it is necessary to evaluate the improvement effect of BIM technology and the promotion effect to project performance. However, there is not an effective index system, and it is difficult to objectively and accurately quantify the positive effect of BIM application on project management. As a result, the fuzzy relevance of goals and results in the selection of BIM applications and the implementation of BIM technology is not clear. In this paper, according to the characteristics of BIM technology applied to engineering projects, combined with the general engineering performance evaluation database, the balanced scorecard theory is used to design the indicators and the analytic hierarchy process is used to give the weights, the BIM project management performance evaluation index system is constructed to promote the project management performance evaluation and improvement.
