摘　　要：运用SWOT分析广东民办高校发展所面临的外部环境所带来的机遇和威胁,以及内部环境条件的优势和劣势,并通过对机会、威胁、优势、劣势进行匹配,形成多种战略组合;在此基础上,运用相关理论和方法,对不同战略组合进行综合分析,为决策者对未来发展战略的比较和抉择提供参考。By using SWOT, this paper analyzes the opportunities and threats brought by the external environment for the development of private colleges and universities in Guangdong and the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environmental conditions. Through the matching of opportunities,threats, strengths, weaknesses, a variety of strategic combinations are formed. On this basis, by using relevant theories and methods, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of different strategic portfolios to provide references for decision-makers to compare and make decisions on future development strategies.
