摘 要:本文分析了现阶段PPP模式在我国公共停车场建设中的运用现状,从停车人和投资者的关系角度出发,表示出停车人选择公共停车场停车的效用和投资者投资建设公共停车场的效用,考虑双方的心理因素的差异建立了改进的非对称信息下讨价还价的博弈模型。通过求得的最优解给出了在降低双方损耗率的情况下,应当通过减少停车人和投资者的心理压力来推进公共停车场PPP项目建设。This paper analyzes the current situation of the use of PPP mode in the construction of public parking in China. From the perspective of the relationship between parking and investors, it shows the utility of parking people to choose public parking and the utility of investors to invest in public parking. Considering the difference between the two psychological factors to establish the improved asymmetric information bargaining game model. The optimal solution of the public parking should be promoted by reducing the parking pressure and the psychological pressure of the investors in the case of reducing the loss rate.
