摘　　要：招投标阶段工程和控制要点是清单计价模式下的重点,以现阶段清单计价模式推广情况为基础,结合近年来招投标阶段工程造价和控制要点工作特点,分析在清单计价模式下的招投标阶段工程造价和控制要点。The bidding phase of the project and control points are the focus of the list pricing model. Based on the situation of the current list pricing model promotion, combined with the features of the project cost and control points in bidding stage, this paper analyzes the project cost and control points in bidding stage under list pricing model.
