摘　　要：农村的发展急需人才,但是农村籍大学生毕业不愿返乡创业就业。造成这种局面的原因是多方面的,从高职院校方面分析主要院校对农村籍大学生返乡创业就业指导工作不到位、学校所学知识返乡之后找不到合适的工作和农村籍大学生求学的目标决定毕业后不愿意返乡等原因。为了解决农村籍大学生返乡创业就业难题,高职院校需要在创新高校就业创业指导工作设置适合区域内农村地区经济建设需要的专业、提高教师能力、搭建农村籍学生返乡就业创业的桥梁,减轻学生返乡的心理压力等方面做出努力。The development of rural areas needs talents urgently, but rural college graduates are reluctant to return home to start their own businesses. The reasons for this situation are various. This article analyzes the reasons why colleges＇ employment guidance for rural students to return home business is not in place, why the graduates can not find a suitable job after returning home and rural the goal of college students determines they are reluctant to return home from the perspective of higher vocational colleges. In order to solve the employment problem of rural students returning home to start their own businesses, higher vocational colleges need to set up the specialties suitable for the economic construction in rural areas within the region in order to improve the ability of teachers and set up the bridge of rural students returning home for employment and entrepreneurship, and reduce the psychological pressure on students returning home and so on.
