摘　　要：本文以2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)为衍生化试剂,用柱前衍生化反相高效液相色谱法分离分析了硫酸核糖霉素、丁胺卡那霉素和卡那霉素。对衍生化反应条件、样品的浓度与峰面积的相关性进行了考察,以己胺为内标物建立了定量的分析方法。对核糖霉素中的微量杂质新霉胺,卡那霉素中的杂质卡那霉素B在低浓度范围内的线性关系进行了考察及检测。Aminoglycosides were separated and deter-mined by HPLC methed. 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzyl sul-fonic acid was used as the derivatizing agent andhexamine as the internal standard. The derivatizingconditions including time, temperature, concentra-tion and stability were systematically investigated.The method was sensitive and accurate.
