基于NI LabVIEW的声发射传感器校准系统的设计

摘　　要：介绍了以LabVIEW为开发平台,基于信号发生器Agilent 33220和示波器Tektronix DPO4024,通过Tektronix DPO MSO 2000 4000 Series(示波器设备驱动程序)以及Agilent 33XXX Series(信号发生器设备驱动程序)实现声发射传感器的信号测量,通过进一步的比较和分析,得出声发射传感器的灵敏度。实验结果证明,该设计操作简单,界面清晰完整,可靠性高。This design uses the LabVIEW as a development platform,it can measurement of acoustic emission sensor by Tektronix DPO MSO 2000 4000 Series and Agilent 33XXXSeries in signal generator Agilent 33220 and Oscilloscope Tektronix DPO 4024. At the same time, thesensor sensitivity is calculated by further comparison and analysis. The results of experiment prove that the design is easy to operate and the interface is complete and clear,which has good stability.
