摘  要:电解锰生产过程中会产生大量酸浸废渣,即电解锰渣,电解锰渣的堆存对环境造成严重污染。因此,本文拟以电解锰渣和页岩为主要原料,通过引入滑石、钾长石和钠长石等烧结助剂制备环保陶瓷清水砖。重点探讨烧结助剂对烧结样品收缩率、气孔率及体积密度影响。实验结果表明:烧结助剂的引入有利于降低烧结温度提高样品致密度,其中A3样品性能较优,经1120℃烧结后烧结收率1.2%、气孔率14.50%、体积密度2.32 g/cm3。Electrolytic manganese slag is an acid waste residue produced in the process of electrolytic manganese production which dumps causing serious pollution to the environment. Manganese oxide slag and shale were used as main raw materials,green ceramic bricks were prepared by introducing sintering agents such as talc,potassium feldspar and albite. The effects of sintering aids on shrinkage, porosity and volume density of sintered samples were emphatically discussed. The experimental results showed that the introduction of sintering aids reduced the sintering temperature and improved the density of samples, the A3 sample had better performance, sintering yield was 1.2%, porosity was 14. 50%,volume density was 2. 32 g/cm3 after sintering at 1120 益.
