摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了不同Mg/Fe配比的MgFe-HTLcs类水滑石前驱体,经焙烧、浸渍法K改性制得K/Mg-Fe催化剂并用于CO加氢反应。采用XRD、SEM、N2物理吸附-脱附、H2-TPR和CO-TPD等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,合成的样品均具有类水滑石结构,且热稳定性良好;反应后物相以MgCO3、Fe3O4为主,伴随Fe5C2的生成。在CO加氢反应中,K/Mg-Fe催化剂具有较高的活性和烯烃选择性,产物分布得到改善;K/5Mg-1Fe催化剂上,C=2~C=4含量达45.81wt%。A series of MgFe-HTLcs precursors with different molar ratio of Mg/Fe were prepared by means of coprecipitation method and subsequent K promotion with impregnation method. The effects of calcined and K promoted MgFe-HTLcs catalyst samples on the catalytic properties in CO hydrogenation were investigated. The textural properties,bulk structures and reduction behavior of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,H2-TPR and CO-TPD methods. The results showed that all the samples had hydrotalcite-like sturctures and showed good thermal stability. MgCO3 and Fe_3O_4 could be observed on the samples after reaction with the formation of small amount of Fe5 C2. All the samples exhibited high activity and olefin selectivity in CO hydrogenation and the product distribution was improved. The C=2~ C=4 content of 45. 81 wt% could be obtained over K/5 Mg-1 Fe catalyst sample.
