摘 要:通过水提得到穿地龙中多糖的含量,醇提得到穿地龙中多酚提取液。通过水杨酸法和DPPH·法及邻苯三酚法对自由基的清除作用进行分析。对比穿地龙中各提取液的抗氧化能力,把穿地龙和常见抗氧化剂抗坏血酸在相同条件下用如上三种方法自由基的清除率进行比较。穿地龙中含有各种抗氧化剂,而多糖是其中一种,从营养品,化妆品,医药到添加剂,天然抗氧化剂都得到了很好的发展。The content of polysaccharide in the Dioscorea nipponica was obtained by water extraction and the polyphenol extract was obtained by alcohol extraction. The scavenging of free radicals was tested by salicylic acid,DPPH·and pyrogallol autoxidation method. The antioxidant capacities of extracts from Dioscorea nipponica were compared. The scavenging rates of free radicals between Dioscorea nipponica and common antioxidant ascorbic acid under the same conditions with the above three methods were compared. There were various antioxidants in the Dioscorea nipponica extract and polysaccharide was one of them. From nutrition,cosmetics,medicine to additives,natural antioxidants were well developed.
