摘 要:选取市售贡菊和胎菊为研究对象,以干式灰化法处理样品,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法分析测定了样品中矿质元素的含量。结果表明,从贡菊和胎菊样品中均测得11种矿质元素即:常量元素Na、Mg、K和Ca,微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu、Al、Mn和Sr,以及重金属元素Cr。含量最高的均为Ca元素,含量最低的均为Cr元素。胎菊中K、Na、Mg、Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe的含量明显高于贡菊,Al、Ca的含量低于贡菊。贡菊和胎菊中11种元素的RSD值分别为1.72%~8.05%和0.36%~8.72%。研究结果可为菊花的进一步研发提供理论依据。The commercially available dendranthemamorifolium and matricariarecutita were selected as the research objects. The samples were pretreated by the method of dry ashing. The content of mineral elements were determined and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). The experiment results showed that 11 kinds of mineral elements were simultaneously determined from the samples,namely the macro elements Na,Mg,K and Ca,the micro elements Fe,Zn,Cu,Al,Mn and Sr and the heavy metal element Cr. The content of Ca element was the highest and Cr element was the lowest. In matricariarecutita,the content of K,Na,Mg,Cu,Mn,Zn and Fe was obviously higher and the content of Al and Ca was lower than that in dendranthemamorifolium. The value of RSD was1. 72% ~ 8. 05% in dendranthemamorifolium and that was 0. 36% ~ 8. 72% in matricariarecutita. The research results could provide the theoretical basis for the further study and utilization in chrysanthemum.
