管壳式换热器腐蚀与防腐应用研究

摘　　要：管壳式换热器是一种广泛用于石油、化工、食品、造纸、电力等行业的常规设备,本文结合企业生产实际,分析了管壳式换热器在运行中存在诸如串流、内漏、噪声、振动等一些常见问题,列举了管壳式换热器泄漏的原因,分析了换热器腐蚀的机理,对应力腐蚀、电化学腐蚀等典型腐蚀问题进行了总结,提出了防止换热器腐蚀的一些方法,并对采用高分子防腐材料进行防护的工艺以及施工步骤做了分析。The shell-and-tube heat exchanger is widely used in petroleum,chemical,food,papermaking,conventional equipment and electric power industry. Combined with the actual production enterprise,some common problems existed in the shell-and-tube heat exchanger in operation,such as streaming,leakage,noise,vibration,etc,were analyzed,the leakage mechanism of heat exchanger corrosion and stress corrosion was listed,the typical problems of corrosion electrochemical corrosion were summarized,some methods were put forward to prevent the corrosion of the heat exchanger,and the polymer anticorrosive material protection technology and construction steps were analyzed.
