摘  要:为实现黄河梯级水库群的优化调度,在现有信息化建设的基础上,以满足防汛、防凌、水资源和水库发电调度管理需求为目标,运用先进的信息化技术,整合现有资源,建立了一套先进、高效、实用、可靠的黄河水库调度运行信息平台,为水库优化调度、防洪、防凌、供水等业务提供信息支持。提出了综合三重共享和两级服务的资源整合服务模型,并对系统的数据交换设计、资源整合和数据存储共享等进行了研究和讨论。该系统已应用于黄委内部、电网公司和上中游水库群管理单位的生产实践中,在防洪、防凌、调水调沙及水资源调度管理工作中发挥了重要作用。In order to satisfy the needs for the work of flood control,ice flood protection,water resources and hydroelectric power supply management,there was a big challenge for the Yellow River Conseryancy Commission ( YRCC) to optimize its cascade reservoirs scheduling. On the basis of its inforynation establishment,taking advantage of various kinds of hardware,software and data resources,this study built up the Yellow River’ s Reservoir Operation Information Platform. The research system was developed by advanced information technologies,and was tested to be an advanced,efficient,suitable and reliable system. The platforym has taken a great role in the work of reseryoir optimal op-eration, flood prevention, ice flood protection, water supply, etc. The research on the application system pre-proposed a triple-dimensions re-sources sharing and double-level resources integration service model. Specifically,it designed and investigated critical parts of the system, such as data exchange,resource integration and data sharing. The application has applied in several departments of YRCC,power grid com-panies and regional reservoirs management agencies. Relevant work aftery-ards indicates that the system has played a huge and positive effect in the work of flood control,ice flood protection,water-sediment regulation and water resources management.
