摘  要:灌溉水有效利用系数是正确评估灌溉水有效利用程度及其存在问题的有效方法,我国大型灌区都存在灌域面积大,上下游种植结构、土壤条件、灌溉条件、种植习惯差异极大的状况,这给灌溉水有效利用系数的精确测算带来很大困扰。结合河套灌区的实际,通过田间试验,用分作物、按轮次、渐进累加法测算灌溉水有效利用系数,消除了轮次之间实灌面积不同带来的误差,结果更为准确。同时阐明了灌区灌溉水利用效率与灌区建设投资、管理水平、节水技术应用、种植结构变化以及水文年型之间的关系。Effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water is a correct assessment for the effective utilization of irrigation and an effectivemethod for the existing problems. In China,the large-scale irrigation areas all have the situation of large irrigation area and significant differences in planting structure at upper stream and downstream,soil conditions, irrigation conditions and planting habits, which has brought a lotof trouble on accurate calculation of effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water. In this paper,the actual Hetao irrigation area by threeyears of field trials with different crops and press rounds,progressive law was estimated cumulative effective utilization coefficient of irrigationwater,this method eliminated the error between different implementations of irrigated area round brought results more accurate. At the sametime it illustrated the relationships between irrigated irrigation water use efficiency and irrigation area construction investment,management, water saving technology,crop structure change and between hydrological year types.
