摘  要:本文在界定核心概念的基础上,首先对新疆物流业发展现状进行了描述;然后运用DEA模型从综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率三个方面对地处丝绸之路经济带"核心区"的新疆2000—2015年的物流业效率进行了评价。结果显示:2000—2015年新疆的物流业效率值大致呈现W型走势,经历了两个下降和两个上升的阶段后趋于稳定,均值为0.9560,总体较高;下降阶段的原因在于新疆物流业的个别年份纯技术效率偏低,存在投入冗余和产出不足的情况。据此,文章最后提出了进一步提升新疆物流业效率的对策建议。Based on the definition of the core concept,the current situation of the logistics industry in Xinjiang is firstly briefly described in this paper. Then DEA model is used to evaluate the efficiency of Xinjiang logistics industry in "core area" of Silk Road economic belt in 2000--2015 from comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. The results show that the efficiency value of Xinjiang's logistics industry from 2000 to 2015 is roughly W-type,which experienced two declines and two risings to get steady. The average value is 0. 9560. The reason for the decline is that pure technical efficiency of Xinjiang logistics industry some years is low. Investment redundancy and output lacking existed. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the efficiency of Xinjiang logistics industry are proposed in this paper.
