摘　　要：渤海船舶职业学院船舶工程技术专业为国家骨干高等职业院校的重点建设专业。本文在总结了船舶工程技术专业人才培养模式改革成果的基础上,对后骨干校时期船舶工程技术专业工学结合式人才培养模式改革做出了分析。Bohai Ship Building Vocational College ship engineering technology specialty is the key construction specialty of national backbone higher vocational colleges. On the basis of summing up the achievements of the reform of personnel training mode of ship engineering technology specialty, this paper makes an analysis of the reform of personnel training mode combining work with study in ship engineering technology specialty in the post backbone school.
