摘　　要：数控机床故障问题不断困扰着数控机床操作者。当机床出现问题后,相关人员能否找到问题原因并提出合理的解决方案将直接影响到机床的使用效率及产品的生产率。本文针对华中系统数控铣床X、Y、Z各轴位置丢失的故障及非法程序无法删除等问题提出了更快速、更合理的统一在DOS下解决的方案。The problems of CNC machine tools continue to plague CNC machine tool operators. When the machine appear problems,whether the relevant personnel can find the cause of the problem and put forward a reasonable solution will directly affect the machine's efficiency and product productivity. In this paper, based on the failure of X, Y, Z axis loss of Huazhong system CNC milling machine and the problem that illegal procedures can not be deleted, more quick and reasonable solution program unified in DOS is proposed.
