丙烯酸锂就地聚合改性NBR及其吸水性能研究

摘  要:采用计量的氢氧化锂(LiOH)和丙烯酸(AA)反应合成丙烯酸锂(LiAA),并以其作为填料与丁腈橡胶(NBR)共混,再通过过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)引发LiAA就地聚合改性NBR制备吸水膨胀橡胶(WSR),对其力学性能和吸水性能进行了研究。结果表明,有限增加LiAA的用量可以提高WSR的拉伸强度和硬度;随着LiAA用量的增加,在吸水前期(<12d)不仅可以提高WSR的吸水速率,而且能够提高其吸水倍率,而在吸水后期(>12d),WSR的吸水倍率趋于稳定,吸水速率几乎为零;酸性或碱性水质都会降低WSR的吸水倍率;阳离子盐溶液会抑制WSR吸水性能,且阳离子尺寸越大,影响越明显;相比同浓度的弱酸溶液,强酸对WSR吸水抑制作用更为明显。In this paper,lithium acrylate(LiAA)was synthesized by the reaction between the measured lithium hydroxide(LiOH)and acrylic acid(AA),which was used as additive to mix with acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR).Meanwhile,LiAA in rubber matrix was initiated by dicumyl peroxide(DCP)for in situ polymerization to prepare water swellable rubber(WSR)and its mechanical properties and absorption properties were inrestigated.The results showed that it can improve the tensile strength and hardness by increasing the limited content of LiAA;as the content of LiAA increased,it can improve not only the absorption rate of WSR,but also the absorption ratio at early days(<12 d),whereas at the late days(>12 d),the absorption ratio became stability and the absorption rate was almost zero;whatever the acid or alkaline water was,it would both decrease the absorption ratio;cationic salt solution can depress the absorption of WSR,and this effect was more obvious due to the larger size of the cation;compared with the weak acid solution at same concentration,the effect of the strong acid on the absorption inhibition of WSR was more stronger.
