枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合化积口服液治疗儿童厌食症并营养不良45例

摘　　要：目的观察枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合化积口服液治疗儿童厌食症并营养不良的临床效果和安全性。方法选择100例厌食症并营养不良患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均应用化积口服液,治疗组联用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒,疗程6周。结果治疗后两组患儿食欲、进食量、进食时间评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后3个月随访两组体质量和身高比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);均未发现不良反应。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合化积口服液治疗儿童厌食症并营养不良疗效显著,安全度高,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Medilac-vita and Huaji oral solution in treatment of anorexia with malnutrition in children. Methods 100 patients were divided into 2 groups（ Treatment group and Control group）.The Huaji oral solution were given in the Treatment group,while the Medilacvita and Huaji oral solution were in the Control group. The treatment course was within 6 weeks. Result After the treatment,the difference of appetite,food intake and eating time score in the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.After 3 months,the difference of constitution and height in the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. It showed no adverse effects in the two groups. Conclusion The Medilac-vita and Huaji oral solution in treatment of anorexia with malnutrition in children showed good effect and high safety.It is worthy of application.
