摘　　要：针对长庆油田腐蚀严重套损井采用常规封隔器隔水采油有效期短以及多次隔采后坐封难度大的问题,研制了K341长胶筒封隔器,设计了坐封、完井一体式隔水采油工艺管柱。在28口腐蚀严重套损井进行了试验,隔水采油井平均日产油从前期0.5 t恢复至1.3 t,累计恢复油量6018.0 t,一次性隔采成功率达92.5%。现场试验结果表明:K341长胶筒封隔器具有更长的有效封隔面、较大的扩张比,可形成有效密封段,提高密封效果;采用K341长胶筒封隔器及过流过压阀的隔水采油工艺管柱,可实现一趟管柱完成封隔器坐封和完井,提高了效率;K341长胶筒封隔器可有效解决腐蚀穿孔严重以及难选取坐封段套损井隔水采油的问题,为此类套损井治理提供了一种有效手段。Aiming at the problems encountered in Changqing Oilfield inseriously corrosive casing damaged well that the conventional packer for water layer isolation has a short service period and difficult to be set after mul-tiple isolation operation, based on the analysis on failure modes and failure degree of casing damaged well, taking the open hole packer as reference,the expandable packer is selected to control casing damage. The K341 long rub- berpacker has been developed. A set of integrated setting and completion water layer isolation production string has been designed. The developed string has been applied in 28 wells with serious corrosion casing damage. The aver-age daily oil production recovered to 1. 3 t from previous 0. 5 t , with the cumulative oil recovery of 6 018. 0 t. The success rate of one-run operation was 92. 5%. Field tests showed that the K341 long rubber packer has a longer ef-fective packing surface and a larger expansion ratio, which help to form effective sealing section and to improve the sealing performance. Using the water layer isolation production string with the K341 long rubber packer and cross flow and cross pressure valve, packer setting and completion operation can be achieved in one run, which simplifies the field operation and improved the efficiency. The K341 long rubber packer can effectively address the water layer isolation problem in serious casing corrosion well sections with difficulty in packer setting. The proposed technology provides an effective measure for the management of similar casing damaged well.
