苏州市托幼机构保健人员专业技能现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解苏州市托幼机构卫生保健人员现状,探索提高保健人员专业技术水平的策略。方法对苏州市所辖291所托幼机构中的345名托幼机构保健人员的专业技能水平进行调查和考核。技能考核项的主要内容包括身高、体重、血压的测量,冷敷和热敷,体温表的使用,视力表检查以及预防性消毒等项目。结果对苏州市345名保健人员培训前考核结果显示,208名通过考核,合格率为60.29%。不同年龄段和不同学历的托幼机构保健人员考核合格率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。除血压测量外,其余技能合格率均在90%以上,其中体重合格率最高(97.1%)。血压测量合格率仅为78.3%。对不同单位性质分析结果显示,公办托幼机构保健人员合格率(70.77%)明显高于民办托幼机构保健人员合格率(46.67%)(P<0.05)。对不同专业分析结果显示,59.12%为非卫生专业人员,且卫生专业保健人员合格率(68.75%)明显高于非卫生专业保健人员合格率(54.23%)(P<0.05)。培训前后考核结果显示,合格率由60.3%升高到97.7%。结论苏州市托幼机构保健人员专业技能在不同考核项目间、人员专业间、工作单位性质间均存在显著性差异,而且应该定期举行托幼机构保健人员专业技能培训班,以提高其业务水平。Objective To understand the current situation of professional skills of health care workers in kindergartens in Suzhou city, explore the strategies for improving professional skills of health care workers. Methods The levels of professional skills of 345 health care workers from 291 kindergartens in Suzhou city were surveyed and assessed. The main items of skill assessment included measurement of height, weight, blood pressure, cold compress and heat compress, the usage of thermometer, visual chart examination, and preventive disin- fection. Results Among 345 health care workers, 208 health care workers passed the assessment, the qualification rate was 60. 29%. There was no statistically significant difference in the qualification rate among the health care workers in different age groups and educational background groups （ P〉0. 05 ） . Except for blood pressure measurement, the qualification rates of other items were higher than 90% , the qualification rate of weight measurement was the highest （97. 1% ） . The qualification rate of blood pressure measurement was only 78.3%. The analysis results of properties of different units showed that the qualification rate of health care workers in public kindergartens was 70. 77% , which was statistically significantly higher than that in private kindergartens （ 46. 67% ） （ P〈0. 05 ） . Among the health care workers, 59. 12% of them were non-health professionals. The qualification rate of health professionals was 68.75% , which was statistically significantly higher than that of non-health professionals （ 54. 23% ） （ P〈0. 05 ） . The qualification rate increased from 60. 3% before train- ing to 97.7% after training. Conclusion There are significant differences in the levels of professional skills of health care workers among different assessment items, professionals, and nature of work units in kindergartens in Suzhou city, professional skills training for health care personnel should be held regularly to improve their professional level.
