摘  要:针对在永磁同步电机(PMSM)中安装传感器带的高成本、体积增大、可靠性降低、易受环境干扰等问题,文中提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波算法(EKF)的转速和转子位置的估算方法。根据永磁同步直流电机运行特性,以同步旋转坐标系下PMSM实际模型为递推估计对象,搭建转速、电流双闭环的无传感器矢量控制系统。Matlab/Simulink仿真结果表明,卡尔曼滤波算法估计精度较高、运行稳定、动静态性能良好。In onder to solve the problem of high cost, mounting volume increases, lw reliability, being suscepti-ble to interference and diicult to apply in a complex application environment cauthere is find a newmethod based on the Kalman Filter Algorithm ( EKF) control theory to estiand speed. Acconding to the operating characteristics of PMSM, the inertia of tlie matliematic model in Synchronous ro-tating coondinate system of PMSM was consi(dered. Based on the estimation, the double closed loop sensorless vector control system of PMSM was built. The simulation results showed that tiie system has high estimation accuracy , steady running, small oversoot and perfect dynamic and static performance.
