摘  要:针对燃煤锅炉烟道余温蒸发技术处理脱硫脱硝废水以及化学团聚预处理除尘技术,建立雾化液滴的蒸发时间物理模型和数学模型。在模型中考虑了锅炉尾部烟气的实际环境,分析计算水滴的瞬间蒸发速率、不同水滴直径在不同温度烟气下蒸发时间以及水滴直径随不同水滴初始直径和不同温度烟气的变化规律。Based on the technology of waste heat evaporation in coal-fired boiler flue to solve desulfurization and denitrification waste water, and chemical reunion pretreatment dust removal technology, we establish physical model and mathematical model of atomized droplets' evaporation time. The actual environment of the flue gas in the boiler is considered in the model. Also, the instantaneous evaporation rate of water droplets and the evaporation time of water droplets with different diameter at different temperatures is calculated and analyzed. What's more, the law between water droplet diameter and its initial diameter and different temperature flue gas is analyzed and summarized.
